Foxen was created out of need. As property managers ourselves, we knew that renters insurance was hard to track and that many residents cancelled coverage during their lease term. Without a good tracking system in place, property management firms were exposed to huge financial risk.

So we established Foxen to develop proprietary technology ensuring resident insurance policies remain current through their lease term while also offering a convenient alternative to renters insurance. The solution saves valuable time on site while substantially reducing risk  and generating meaningful revenue for property management firms and their properties.

Over just a few years, Foxen has evolved into a FinTech company providing innovative financial solutions for residential and commercial real estate companies. Our mission is to develop new and better ways for our customers to streamline their operation and offer financial solutions benefiting their residents and properties.
